This email list is for Hardy Pond area residents to report and discuss relevant items with neighbors around Hardy Pond, Waltham MA. These might include wildlife sightings, lost and found, help needed, or items offered for free.

Please observe the list rules and etiquette. This list is moderated.

List Rules:

1. Do not post any material that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, offensive, illegal, or violates anyone's rights.

2. Do not post commercial messages.

3. Always show respect and courtesy for others. Do not attack others. Let others have their say, just as you may.

Breaking these rules will result in your account being moderated for future posts. Multiple offenses will result in not being able to post to the list. The list moderator is the final arbiter in applying the rules. By joining this list you agree to these rules which may change from time to time.

Etiquette Guidelines:

1. Use caution and protect privacy. Do not post anything that you would not want the world to see, or that you would not want anyone to know came from you.

2. Use concise and clear subject lines that state the current specific topic.

3. Include only the relevant portions of the original message in your reply, and put your response above the original posting. To do this: highlight the part you are responding to, then press Reply.

4. Do not send administrative messages, such as "remove me from the list," through the listserv. Use the link at the bottom of every message.

Subscribe to Friends by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
